Customization Fee

This fee covers the time it takes to prepare your design for production.

Note: Using a Gallery Image as-is? No fee - just pick your favorite design and you’re all set! Adding your own custom text? That’s when the customization fee applies.

• Charged once per item type/shape, and design, not per piece.

• Example:

  • 20 keychains with the same design = $5 (1 fee)

  • 10 keychains (Design A) + 10 keychains (Design B) = $10 (2 fees)

  • 5 rectangular puzzles (Design A) + 5 heart-shaped puzzles (Design A) = $10 (2 fees)

  • 5 keychains (Design A) + 5 coasters (Design A) = $10 (2 fees)

How to Send Us Your Custom Image(s)

For customized items, please email us your image(s) after placing your order. Include:

• Your order number

• The product name (and shape, if applicable)

• The image(s) you’d like used

• • Any text you want added (please ensure everything is spelled correctly)

If your order includes multiple customized items, please clearly label which image goes with which item. This helps us make sure everything is created exactly the way you want it.

Image Fit Disclaimer:

Not every image fits perfectly on every item. We’ll always do our best to make your design look as nice as possible, but depending on the picture’s shape/ratio, we may need to adjust it. In some cases, we might add a border or background to “fill” extra space and keep the design balanced.

Please note: we do not provide full “design” services. We do not edit or alter your photo beyond basic placement/resizing to fit the product.
